Payments & Returns
All payments on this website are processed securely via Stripe.
For your safety and mine, I do not accept payments via bank transfer, cash apps, checks, or crypto.
Your card details are never stored on this website. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe, a global leader in online payment processing.
Please ensure that your billing details are accurate and that you have access to the email address you provide at checkout, as all order confirmations and updates will be sent there.
Shipping & Order Processing
Each artwork and print is carefully prepared and packed before shipping.
Original artworks: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days.
Limited edition prints: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Cancellations & Damages
Because each artwork and print is produced and packed with care, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at sotirios_christodoulou@yahoo.gr.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at sotirios_christodoulou@yahoo.gr with:
your order number
clear photos of the damage and the packaging
I will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement (for prints) or a refund if appropriate.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraud, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if suspicious activity is detected by the payment processor or by myself.
Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded in full.
